Plumber

Morgan Hunt are working with a social housing organisation to recruit a skilled and motivated plumber to join their Maintenance Team. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs, replacements & adaptations across their housing stock.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in high-quality workmanship, and is committed to providing an excellent service to customers.

• Carry out plumbing repairs and replacements as part of reactive, cyclical, and planned maintenance programmes.
• Assist with the delivery of property adaptations.
• Use a computerised work planning system (full training will be provided).
• Support colleagues by working out with your main trade where reasonable and required.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, including Health & Safety and data protection.
• Undertake property inspections as instructed by the Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.

• Hold a recognised plumbing qualification or have equivalent practical experience.
• Have experience in domestic plumbing maintenance and repair work.
• Be comfortable using (or learning to use) computerised job management systems.
• Be flexible and willing to assist with other trade duties when required.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety standards.
• Hold a full UK driving licence (essential).
