We are preparing for a busy summer season and are pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated cook to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who brings creativity, consistency, and a strong understanding of fast-paced kitchen operations, with a genuine passion for high-quality local seafood.
- Lead the day to day running of a fast paced seafood takeaway kitchen
- Prepare and cook fresh seafood
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
- Develop seasonal menus and weekly specials
- Train and guide junior staff when required
