• Oversee supervision of the warehouse team and effective operation of packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory
• Support the Branch Manager in safe, efficient, and economic running of the Warehouse
• Oversee and participate in the preparation of items for shipping, receiving, storing, and inventory
• Oversee and participate in incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments, which includes lifting and carrying materials
• Review records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures
• Review shipping discrepancies as needed and work to rectify problems with relevant team members
• Conduct inventory counts
• Order warehouse supplies when needed
• Develop and maintain an effective department, assist in the selection, training, motivation, and review of team members
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in a warehouse or in a shipping/receiving role
• Previous experience in vending/food service preferred
• Light maintenance experience preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing, personable, and ability to communicate with all levels of a company
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good driving record
