-operated since 1964, TFE provides high-quality Fluid Power and Power Transmission products to northeast and central Indiana, northwest Ohio and southern Michigan. TFE is a growing company with emphasis on quality products and service for the OEM customer and the end user.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced delivery driver to join our team to deliver products to our original equipment manufactures. This is a local route-home every afternoon.

The vehicle driven is a 26 ft. straight box truck. No tractor or trailer.

Must pass DOT physical and hold a For-Hire Endorsement

Monday-Friday

7:00am-4:00pm

Pay: $18-20+ DOE

• Follow instructions for the pickup, transportation and delivery of equipment, parts and supplies to customers and suppliers of the business.
• Properly load, flag and unload trucks.
• Check the condition of the delivered products.
• Keep the vehicle in excellent condition by identifying necessary maintenance and repairs.
• Keep the vehicle clean and neat inside and out.
• Check with the business before leaving any location for instructions on additional positions, returned loads, etc.
• Must maintain personal grooming to achieve a neat and clean professional appearance along with wearing only TFE or other management-approved apparel.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year customer service experience is preferred.
• At least one year delivery driving experience preferred.

• Meets TFE insurance carrier criteria as and approved driver (insurable).
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and move freely in the performance of the position.
• Ability to climb in and out of equipment many times during the course of the day.
• Communication:
  Ability to read and comprehend simple correspondence, quote requests, and other memos. Ability to convey information in a courteous manner.
• Math:
  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and perform other simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid (Approved) license for the type of vehicle being driven.
• Must pass DOT physical
• Must hold current For-Hire Endorsement License
