Qualifications & Requirements

• 3 months current verifiable OTR experience in the last year OR 6 months verifiable local experience or a combination of OTR/regional/local in the past year
• MUST LIVE WITHIN 50 MILES OF FORT WAYNE, IN
• HOME DAILY
• DRY VAN operation
• No more than 2 MV's in the last 2 years
• No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months
• No more than 1 on‑road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL‑A or Commercial Learner’s Permit; no DUI/DWI within the last 5 years if the offense occurred before obtaining a CDL‑A
• NO SAP drivers
• MUST HAVE A CLEAN RECORD
• Minimum 6 months CDL‑A tractor trailer experience – must be verifiable
• MUST BE A CERTIFIED CDL‑A LICENSE HOLDER

• Hourly: $27.50 (guaranteed at least 8 hours per day)
• Overtime after 50 hours
• Annual compensation increases: 1 year of service=$28.18/hr, 2 years=$29.05/hr, 3 years=$30.50/hr
• Night shift start times: between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday - Saturday (3 Saturdays per month required)
