CDL-A TRUCK DRIVERS NEEDED, DEDICATED HOME DAILY!! (COMPANY DRIVERS)
Must live within 50 miles of Fort Wayne, IN.
Sundays off with one full weekend off monthly. Monday‑Saturday (3 Saturdays per month required).
Hourly rate: $27.50 (guaranteed at least 8 hours per day). Overtime after 50 hours.
Weekly average (not including weekly bonus): $1,842.50.
Drivers can earn $0.04–$0.10 weekly performance bonus.
Opportunity for annual compensation increases: 1 year of service = $28.18/hr, 2 years = $29.05/hr, 3 years = $30.50/hr.
Qualifications and Experience- 3 months current verifiable OTR experience within the last year OR
- 6 months verifiable local experience or a combination of OTR/regional/local in the past year.
- Minimum 6 months CDL‑A tractor‑trailer experience – must be verifiable.
- No more than 2 MV’s in the last 2 years.
- No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months.
- No more than 1 on‑road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years.
- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
- No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL‑A or Commercial Learner’s Permit.
- No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years if the offense occurred prior to obtaining a CDL‑A.
- Must have a clean record.
- NO SAP DRIVERS.
