• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.
• Deliver product by car to customers’ doors, deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate all delivery equipment and user–friendly devices.
• Stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, and take inventory.
• Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily and complete associated paperwork.
• Comply with all safety procedures and company policies.

• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and telephone.
• Ability to comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
• Basic math skills for accurate change and counting.
• Good motor coordination for rapid and precise movements while wearing hands or tools.
• Ability to enter orders via computer keyboard or touch screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Frequent walking, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Travel between store and vehicle and to customer locations.
• Navigate stairs or ladders up to five flights during delivery.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, food odors, and cornmeal dust.
• Capacity to handle hot surfaces and sharpened edges safely.
