Logistics | Transportation Associate

Circle Logistics is a third‑party logistics company that coordinates freight movement for customers across the U.S. We are hiring Transportation Associates to support daily transportation operations by working with carriers, internal teams, and customers.

This is an in‑office, phone‑based role with structured training and clear performance expectations. No prior logistics experience is required.

Transportation Associates support the movement of freight by securing carrier capacity, monitoring shipments, and resolving issues as they occur. You will manage multiple shipments daily, communicate with carriers and internal stakeholders, and ensure freight moves on time and as planned.

This role requires strong organization, follow‑through, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Coordinate daily freight shipments with carrier partners
• Secure carrier capacity and confirm shipment details

• Communicate updates to internal teams and customers as needed
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation
