A Driver – CDL (B) is responsible for safely operating a collection truck and providing prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services for customers. The Driver must ensure the vehicle complies with the Company’s safety standards, adhere to all state and federal regulations, and complete daily vehicle condition reports (VCRs) to address vehicle defects in a timely manner.

• Perform pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, reporting any safety issues.
• Operate the heavy truck along the designated route, reading route sheets and serving each customer.
• Lift and load refuse, operate the compactor, and dispose of collected material at the designated facility.
• Provide courteous interactions with customers, dispatchers, and colleagues.
• Monitor waste for unacceptable conditions and clean spills according to safety standards.
• Maintain vehicle readiness, cleaning waste from the packer blade and truck body as required.
• Complete required route sheets, VCRs, and other reports.
• Adhere to productivity and safety standards and participate in the Company’s ReSOP program.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.
