Position: Aquatic Supervisor - Programming (Seasonal)

Overview

Aquatic Supervisor / Programming

Do you love leading large teams, running fun swim programs, and keeping pools safe? Organized, proactive, and experienced in aquatics?

What You'll Do

Oversee daily pool operations, programs, and staff. Ensure safety, manage chemicals, coordinate events, and keep the facility running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Lead 25–75 staff: managers, lifeguards, attendants, and instructors
Plan and run Learn to Swim programs, events, and trainings
Monitor safety, chemicals, and facility maintenance
Prepare reports, evaluations, manuals, and budgets
Manage seasonal openings/closings, staffing, and supplies

Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct routine supervision of all aquatic staff

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED + 2 years advanced education or experience
2+ years in aquatics management

Preferred Certifications

Water Safety Instructor & Lifeguard Certification
First Aid & CPR

Technical Skills

Pool operations, chemical monitoring, and safety procedures
