They are seeking a Senior .NET Engineer to play a key role in the design, development, and evolution of enterprise platforms that support cooperative operations and member retailers s role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who enjoys owning complex systems, influencing technical direction, mentoring others, and driving modernization efforts across both legacy and cloud‑native environments.
Required Skills & Experience5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Deep expertise in C# and .NET 6+ within enterprise environments
Strong experience supporting and modernizing SharePoint 2013 or newer solutions
Advanced proficiency in Java Script and modern front‑end frameworks (
React preferred )Strong working knowledge of Type Script
Extensive experience with relational databases (
SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite )Proven experience building and deploying solutions in Azure , including Azure Dev Ops
Hands‑on experience with messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka
Working knowledge of Java (plus)
Experience leading technical design and influencing architecture decisions
Experience with microservices and distributed systems at scale
Ownership of CI/CD pipelines and release processes
Experience with event‑driven or asynchronous architectures
Background in retail, supply chain, or logistics system
Experience balancing modernization with mission‑critical legacy platforms

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using C# and .NET 6+
Own and modernize solutions built on SharePoint 2013+ , ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
Architect and build robust RESTful APIs and backend services supporting internal and external integrations
Guide front‑end development efforts using JavaScript, React, and Type Script
Design and optimize data access across SQL Server, MySQL, and SQLite
Drive cloud‑based development and deployment using Azure Dev Ops ,
Cosmos DB , and Azure Service BusArchitect and implement event‑driven and streaming solutions using Kafka
Partner closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
Mentor mid‑ and junior‑level engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and best practices
Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex production issues and guide long‑term system improvements
Advocate for clean architecture, testing, documentation, and engineering standards
