Traveling Aerial Foreman Telecom

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Lead and oversee aerial fiber and telecom installations. Make sure work meets code, safety rules, and customer specs. Operate and supervise bucket trucks, digger derricks, and related equipment. Work at heights using climbing hooks, ladders, and aerial equipment. Keep job sites safe and traffic moving. Use hand and power tools daily. Guide and train crew members in the field. Complete daily work orders, crew checks, and safety documentation.

Travel for storm response when needed. Work in all weather conditions.

• 3+ years of aerial telecom experience
• Proven ability to lead crews in the field
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical card
• Certified pole climber or willing to become certified
• CDL Class A preferred
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift 55+ lbs and work long days at height
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Safety-first mindset, no shortcuts

• $22–$30 per hour, based on experience
