Plumbing Lead Journeyman

MJM Mechanical is hiring motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Plumbing Lead Licensed Journeyman). MJM Mechanical has been around for 15+ years and is still locally owned and operated by the original founder. This allows for a workplace where every employee is involved and valued and earns their wage based on skills attained and demonstrated. Applicants for the Lead Plumbing Journeyman must have at least 4 years experience AND hold a local Allen county plumbing license or the ability to get one ASAP. For those of you that have even more experienced and / or looking to move up into a company that truly values their team members, we would love to have you continue and grow with our team!

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable car
At least 18 years old
Ability to lift at least 70lbs unassisted
Clean driving record
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods of times
Ability to perform tasks with attention to detail

Responsibilities (varies by position)

Install Plumbing piping and fixtures per local codes from the ground up (new construction), rough ins, and finals.
Coordinate with supervisor for schedule of the daily or weekly projects.
Communicate any items needed that weren't already delivered to jobsites.
Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion
Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out
Maintain a professional image
Following all safety policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
