Job OverviewBluestone Pools is looking for an experienced and dependable Residential Pool Service Technician to join our Field Operations team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our residential pool installations run smoothly and remain in peak condition. You’ll be responsible for servicing and troubleshooting all components of the pool system—from equipment pads and plumbing to water chemistry and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and emergency service on residential swimming pools.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, automation controls, and plumbing.
- Monitor and treat pool water for proper chemical balance and sanitation.
- Communicate effectively with customers about service needs and work performed.
- Maintain clear and accurate service records and daily reports.
- Assist in start‑ups, openings, closings, and seasonal maintenance.
- Collaborate with installation and repair teams on job sites.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company standards are followed during service visits.
- Use company‑provided tools, safety gear, and tech (tablet/smartphone) to complete jobs efficiently.
- 5+ years of experience as a pool technician preferred.
- Strong understanding of pool equipment and water chemistry.
- Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- Must be reliable, teachable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work hard, adapt to different job sites, and learn new skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Dependable transportation to work.
- No formal education requirements.

Weekend availability and occasional overtime required
