General Job Description

Key Responsibilities- Respond to scheduled and emergency residential service calls
- Diagnose and repair systems including panels, breakers, lighting, outlets, GFCIs, switches, and other components
- Perform home warranty repairs and ensure homeowner satisfaction through quality work and communication
- Accurately document completed work and next steps in service tickets
- Ensure full compliance with NEC and OSHA standards
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and PPE in clean working order
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, service coordinators, and field supervisors
- Proactively identify and recommend system improvements
- Active Journeyman Electrician License in Allen County, Indiana
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Residential Service Electrician
- Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnostics in residential environments
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work independently and travel locally within the Fort Wayne area
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
