General Job Description

• Respond to scheduled and emergency residential service calls
• Diagnose and repair systems including panels, breakers, lighting, outlets, GFCIs, switches, and other components
• Perform home warranty repairs and ensure homeowner satisfaction through quality work and communication
• Accurately document completed work and next steps in service tickets
• Ensure full compliance with NEC and OSHA standards
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and PPE in clean working order
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, service coordinators, and field supervisors
• Proactively identify and recommend system improvements

• Active Journeyman Electrician License in Allen County, Indiana
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Residential Service Electrician
• Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnostics in residential environments
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work independently and travel locally within the Fort Wayne area
