This position is a member of a field team that primarily installs commercial glass and aluminum systems to commercial buildings.

This includes storefronts, curtain walls, entrance doors, skylights, etc.

O'Neil's offers a DOL approved glazier apprenticeship program through the National Glass Association. At O'Neil's, you have the opportunity to build a career!

Individuals with 5 years experience as a glazier or carpenter are desired.

• Follow direction of Team Leader
• Use measuring tape, plumb lines, and levels to ensure proper fitting installation
• Safely and securely load, transport, and deliver glass, doors, frames, and other materials
• Install work according to blueprints, specifications, and install instructions
• Install and adjust miscellaneous door hardware
• Ensure work is performed properly maintaining quality standards
• Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolds, rigging, and hoisting equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Follow company, customer, and OSHA safety guidelines

• Valid driver's license and insurable to drive company vehicles as needed
• Ability to work in high-stress conditions and quickly changing environments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to use basic hand tools
• Able to read tape measure within 1/16"
• Self-motivated
• Punctual and dependable
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Able to work outside in various weather conditions
• Comfortable with high work (lifts, swing stages, etc.) above 8 ft
• 5 years experience as a glazier (preferred)

• Exposure to the outdoor elements year-round and construction site dangers
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at a time
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolds for extended periods
