Your Role:
Lead Installer

As a Lead Acrylic Bath Installer, you'll not only install high-quality bath systems, but also guide and oversee a team of installers to ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards. You'll be a key point of contact on job sites, coordinating workflows, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of installers on residential bath remodel projects
• Perform and oversee bathroom remodeling in a single day using carpentry and construction skills
• Train and mentor installers to follow proper installation procedures
• Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for project coordination and customer communication
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, respecting the customer's home
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide on-the-spot solutions
• Submit all required documentation and project photos
• Ensure vehicles are stocked and tools are maintained

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in carpentry, bathroom installation, or home remodeling
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in the trades
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks on-site
• Ability to take precise measurements and read installation plans
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency with power tools and basic plumbing knowledge
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
• Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
