Maintenance technician – Kaufmann Property Management

This position requires an individual who is energetic, dependable, and excited to learn new skills. This is an opportunity to start a career in an industry which is in high demand.

Starting pay: $20-23/hour (More or less based on experience and skills)

Applicants must:

• Be capable of effectively working for extended periods of time without direct supervision
• Be ready and focused to learn new things
• Have an aptitude for working with their hands
• Be able to work well with other team members
• Be capable of lifting 50lbs on a regular basis
• Must have valid drivers’ license
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

Responsibilities:

• Fixing maintenance issues with rentals
• Doing their part to learn new skills
• Operating a wide variety of construction equipment and tools
• HVAC, appliance repair, flooring, drywall, yard work and general manual labor.
