Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, campus, and/or perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site policy, and report unauthorized access attempts.;
Complete accurate reports on patrols, incidents, and policy violations, and communicate security-related observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
