Master Spas is seeking a driven, innovative Inside Sales Specialist to support both our dealer network and direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channels. This position plays a critical role in moving dealer-owned inventory, reducing aging product, and driving growth through our Chilly GOAT and Sweaty GOAT brands.

You’ll work closely with Territory Sales Representatives, Dealer Support, Marketing, and Operations to improve sales processes, strengthen dealer engagement, and increase online sales performance. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and isn’t afraid to bring new ideas to the table.

What You’ll Do Dealer Engagement & Inventory Movement
  • Proactively work with Dealers and Territory Representatives to move dealer-owned inventory.
  • Identify aging or stalled inventory and offer solutions to accelerate shipments.
  • Support sales promotions and incentives to help meet company targets.
  • Manage online sales activity for Chilly GOAT and Sweaty GOAT product lines.
  • Partner with Marketing to drive digital campaigns and engagement.
  • Track performance metrics and propose new strategies to grow online revenue.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Sales for events and order fulfillment.
  • Evaluate current workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Support sales initiatives, pilot programs, and special projects.
  • Maintain dealer agreements, sales systems, territory mapping, and CRM data.
  • Assist in tracking key sales metrics and shipment activity.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in inside sales, dealer/distributor sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and encouraging action.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative problem-solver who enjoys improving processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems; D2C or e-commerce experience is a plus.
