This role is for someone ready to get out from behind the desk and into the field—meeting face-to-face with business owners, presenting to employee groups, and building long-term relationships based on trust and service.
Expect to:- Meet with small business owners and decision-makers
- Present benefit packages to groups of employees
- Guide individuals in selecting insurance plans that meet their needs
- Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage
- Build a strong personal book of business
- Use our CRM tools to track activity and performance
- Work alongside a high-performing team that trains together and wins together
