United Ag & Turf NE is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to assist United C&F customers by providing equipment management solutions, promoting product support sales, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across assigned territories.
What You’ll Do
- Research parts in John Deere and other vendor systems for customers when the parts department cannot.
- Maximize product support sales, including parts and labor, from designated customers.
- Perform regular undercarriage inspections and assist customers in managing their undercarriage fleet.
- Maintain excellent customer service by becoming a trusted consultant for equipment management needs.
- Collaborate with territory sales reps to increase repeat sales and share of new equipment purchases.
- Develop new product support business within the territory, targeting customers who haven't used United C&F before.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of United C&F’s product lines and support offerings.
- Make 6-10 customer contacts daily.
- Stay informed about industry support trends and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Seek continuous self-improvement through gaining product and sales knowledge, reading, and listening to industry sources.
Requirements
Preferred
College degree or relevant work experience with 3-5 years in a similar field. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Broad computer skills are required.
A valid driver’s license is necessary.
Physical Requirements
Regularly use hands for handling, typing, and feeling; reach with hands and arms; communicate verbally and listen. Frequently sit, stand, and walk. Occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
