CNC Machine Tool Sales Representative

Territory:
Northern 1/3 of Indiana

Compensation:
Commission-Based – Earnings Potential Up to $250,000

We are a growing CNC machine tool distributor seeking an experienced CNC Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory covering the northern third of Indiana
.

This is a high-income, commission-based position suited for a proven closer who understands CNC equipment, manufacturing environments, and long-cycle capital sales.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sell CNC machine tools and related equipment to manufacturers within the assigned territory
  • Manage existing customer relationships while aggressively developing new accounts
  • Conduct on-site sales calls, machine demos, and application discussions
  • Work closely with service and applications teams to ensure customer success
  • Manage pipeline, quotes, and follow-ups through the full sales cycle
  • Represent the company professionally at customer facilities and industry events

Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements (No Exceptions):

  • Proven CNC machine tool sales experience
  • Strong understanding of machining, manufacturing processes, and shop environments
  • Ability to manage a geographic sales territory independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Must reside in the northern third of Indiana
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within territory
