Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $/yr. This range is provided by Bob Thomas Ford Lincoln North. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
• Auto Sales Consultants commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles and technology
• Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features, e.g., Sync, App Link, and advancing hybrid technology
• Complete quotes and explain financing options
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

• 2+ years previous commission sales experience
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Strong retail &/or sales skills
• Steady employment history
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
