Role Description

We re looking for an energetic individual with service experience and technical knowledge. Ideal candidate will be the go-to resource for local and national businesses and become a key source of knowledge on merchant technology, as well as the merchant services industry.

The position is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Solutions Specialist located in Fort Wayne, IN.

Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing solutions to client issues, supporting sales efforts, collaborating with the internal team, and maintaining accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with learning relevant software and technology
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Post Secondary degree in Business, Technology , or related field experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Pay $34-$41K + Bonus Pay
  • Bonus program eligibility in 90 days
