As a Design Consultant, you will work closely with clients to design custom decorative concrete landscape borders, ensuring alignment with their preferences and property needs. Your responsibilities will include consulting clients on design ideas, creating detailed proposals, providing product recommendations, and managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with the installation team to oversee project execution and ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Wayne, IN.

• Strong skills in customer consultation, design collaboration, and client relationship management
• Experience with project coordination and ability to bridge design concepts with practical application
• Knowledge of or interest in decorative concrete, landscaping, or home improvement materials and trends
• Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Fort Wayne, IN, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in design, architecture, horticulture, or a related field is a plus
• Previous sales or customer service experience would be beneficial
