We are looking for a candidate to process vehicles through our system from time of delivery to sale.

Responsibilities:

  • Process fleet, rentals, and units through system for entry into our sale
  • Process redemptions as they occur
  • Enter all charges for deduction from proceeds or bill charges when vehicle is released
  • Process payments for customers correctly and timely
  • Conduct pre and post-sale audits
  • Complete and disburse pre and post-sale reporting to clients
  • Follow vehicles through process acting as liaison between customer and internal departments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Comfortable learning and using various job-specific computer programs
  • Able to prioritize duties
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Minimum Education Level: High school diploma
  • Minimum Experience Level: 2 years of previous office experience
  • Microsoft and data entry skills required
