Job DescriptionThe Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that blends business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They drive sales results by analyzing the business and delivering best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and strive for efficiency in all store processes. They apply creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They lead talent activities such as recruiting, training, engagement, and development.
The role supports a promote-from-within philosophy and provides opportunity to grow into future store leadership.
