The Sales Associate drives sales and delivers exceptional customer service while maintaining an elevated level of product knowledge. The role focuses on selling bras and related items, engaging customers, and supporting key store initiatives.

• Drive sales and store performance by directly selling to customers.
• Proactively engage customers, read cues, and respond effectively.
• Provide accurate bra fittings through targeted questions.
• Convert returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales.
• Deliver a friendly cash wrap experience and process transactions efficiently.
• Refresh and replenish merchandise to brand standards.
• Assist with floor set, back‑room housekeeping, and visual merchandising.
