Position:
Supervisor – Club House

Schedule:

Hours vary, may include evenings and weekends

• Receives and documents inventory;
• Counts and deposits daily receipts;
• Writes daily reports;
• Deposits daily receipts;
• Opens and closes pro shop;
• Answers phone with correct information;
• Supervises and schedules one to six cashier starters;
• Meets and greets the public;
• Orders and receives food;
• Sells food and golf-related merchandise;
• Replaces Manager in his/her absence and assists with programs and as needed;
• Schedules leagues and outings;

• Any combination of education/experience equivalent to a high school diploma or GED;
• Six months experience in golf shop operations;

• Valid Indiana Driver's License
• Obtains and maintains an Alcohol Serving Permit if 21 years of age or older

• Normally stands, walks or lifts light objects requiring greater than normal physical abilities such as visual or hearing acuity.
• Work requires some contact with changing weather conditions, some lifting or moderate labor involved.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.

• Moderate exposure to dust, grease, extreme temperature, noise, inclement weather, etc.
• Exposure to hazardous working conditions on occasion.
