We are seeking a highly motivated Pet Sales Associate to join our team. As a Pet Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the well‑being of our pets. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized store, assist customers with their purchases, and educate them on proper pet care. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Experience working with pets or in the pet industry
• Knowledge of pet nutrition and care
• Sales experience in a retail environment

• Assist customers with their purchases and provide exceptional customer service
• Educate customers on proper pet care and nutrition
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Ensure the well‑being of our pets through proper care and attention
• Meet and exceed sales goals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a strong understanding of pet nutrition and care are essential. Flexible scheduling and a commitment to customer satisfaction are also required.
