Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best. The primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
• Be customer-obsessed, lead with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise on style and fit
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to stay informed on priorities and promotions in-store and online; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards with a focus on the customer
• Product flow/shipping and receiving: support the shipment process, understand what's new and what's on the floor; contribute to omni order fulfillment, including in-store and curbside pickup

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
