Working closely with the ownership group, you will bring their vision to life through thoughtful details, seamless operations, and a warm, personalized approach to service.

Lead and inspire the food & beverage team to deliver a consistently high level of hospitality.

Oversee bar, coffee, and culinary service, ensuring quality and presentation align with the club's standards.

Collaborate with ownership to develop and maintain a distinctive member experience.

Train staff on service etiquette, menu knowledge, and member preferences to foster familiarity and trust.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with an emphasis on anticipation, discretion, and responsiveness.

Curate beverage offerings and partner with the culinary team to enhance menus in line with seasonal trends and member tastes.

Maintain a polished, inviting atmosphere that reflects the club's culture and values.

Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to maintain operational excellence.

Previous leadership experience in a private club, luxury hotel, or high-end restaurant setting.

Strong working knowledge of beverage programs, coffee service, and culinary operations.

A natural host with exceptional interpersonal skills and an eye for detail.

Proven ability to inspire and develop a team to deliver exceptional member service.
