Silver Birch of Fort Wayne South is hiring a Server to join our Culinary Team. In this role, you will help create a warm, restaurant-style dining experience that makes every meal enjoyable for our residents.

What You'll Be Doing

* Welcome and seat residents and guests with a friendly, positive attitude

* Take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner

* Help ensure meals are served accurately and on time

* Clear, clean, and reset tables after meals

* Assist with dishwashing when needed

* Help keep the dining room clean and welcoming while providing great customer service

What We're Looking For

* A high school diploma or GED

* Basic food safety knowledge

* Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude

* Experience in food service or restaurant settings is helpful
