Position: Front of House Team Member (Part-Time)

* Shifts available: 5pm-11pm

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Smile

* Create and Maintain Eye Contact

* Speak with a Friendly Tone

* Always say "My pleasure"

* Honor and follow the vision and values of the Restaurant

* Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

* Work on their feet for several hours at a time

* Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Must be at least 15 years of age upon your hiring date

* Reliable

* Cheerful and positive attitude

* Loves serving and helping others

* Customer service oriented

* Interpersonal skills

* Detail-oriented

* Works well independently and in a team environment

* Must be able/willing to work outside in various types of weather conditions

* Have the ability to lift and carry 10-35 lbs on a regular basis

* Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
