Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site 3rd shift role located in Greater Fort Wayne for a Quality Inspector. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring product quality by conducting inspections, testing parts and materials, and documenting findings. The role involves identifying and addressing quality control issues, collaborating with teams to maintain standards, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines.
The Quality Inspector will play a critical role in maintaining the high level of precision and reliability that LH Medical is known for.
- Proficiency in inspection techniques, measurement tools, and defect detection
- Experience in quality assurance protocols, quality control processes, and compliance with industry standards
- Attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork capabilities
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments and their quality management systems is a plus
- Prior experience or background in medical device manufacturing and ISO certifications is highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in quality management are an advantage
