We are seeking future veterinarians passionate about emergency medicine for our 6-month training and mentorship program. We seek team-oriented, driven, reflective, and reliable individuals.
The Ethos ER Immerse Training ProgramThe ER Immerse Program prepares veterinarians for a sustainable career in emergency medicine. It focuses on clinical knowledge and skills, client and team communication, professional skills, and life/work integration. It uses a hybrid training approach with simulation-based didactics and live-patient experiences, built around a core competencies curriculum for emergency clinicians.
Program Duration & Location- 6-month training starting June 2026

- 5-day work week: 4 clinical days, 1 didactic day, 2 days off
- Paired with a mentor; first 3 months mirror the same schedule
- After month 3, potential to transition to swings; no overnights until approved
- Surgical training with board-certified surgeons
- Competency-based curriculum with asynchronous Vetbloom learning and weekly live rounds
- Regular live CE events led by specialists and experienced emergency doctors
