Overview

Fort Wayne, IN – Parkview Physicians Group - Indiana. PC.FM-FW-HNTR RDG LN ADMIN | Patient Care Support | Full Time Benefit Eligible - Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm - Days. This position is eligible for a $4,000 – $5,000 sign-on bonus.

• Responsible for assisting Physicians with care and assessment of all age groups within the Standard of Care set by Parkview Health System and Nurse Practice Act, in respective working state.
• Independently plans and provides professional nursing care for patients in accordance with physician orders, policies and procedures, American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice, Nurse Practice Act - in respective state, and the ANA Code of Ethics.

• Education:
  
  Must be a graduate of a school of nursing. Must complete General Orientation, Patient Care Orientation, and PPG practice orientation as provided and required.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Must have current state Licensed Practical Nurse license OR current RN in the State of Indiana. Must have current CPR certification. Additional certifications may be required for specific areas.
• Experience:
  
  Must have sufficient previous clinical experience (during training) in area of assignment.
• Other
  
  Qualifications:
  
  Demonstrate experience in customer service, establishing priorities, and working independently. Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and assist with 100 lbs.
