License:
Valid Indiana or compact Registered Nurse license required

Certifications:

CPR, BLS certification required;
Additional certifications may be required for specified areas

Must-Have:

- Diploma in Nursing or an ASN/BSN
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds
- Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Description:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in the Adult Services unit
- Participate in clinical onboarding, orientation, and nurse residency programs
- Engage in professional nurse competency advancement programs
- Contribute to a culture of world-class teamwork and personalized health journeys
- Ensure high standards of care in alignment with Magnet Recognition and Top Hospitals recognition standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
