Summary:
Join a dynamic Flex Team serving both Family Birthing Centers at two top-tier medical centers in Fort Wayne. This position offers competitive compensation, professional growth opportunities, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Flex Team members receive a $5.00/hour premium.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Obstetrics (OB) required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Diploma, ASN, or BSN
• Valid Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required - will consider a pending or temporary license.
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and assist with 100 pounds
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Additional certifications may be required depending on assigned department
