• General job duties. Types of procedures required. RN circulator for orthopaedic rooms.
• Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)
  EPIC EMR
• Required skills and minimum years of experience. Minimum 2 years experience.
• Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc.)
  BLS thru AHA and ACLS thru AHA
• Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) Shifts can vary, please refer to position description.
• Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) Potentially similar cases in neuro within the same department.
• Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 13 Operating Rooms.
• Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) N/A
• Dress Code:
  Hospital provided scrubs.
• Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. 3-4 ortho rooms running per day.

• Minimum of 2+ years in the OR.
• IN or compact license required.
• BLS thru AHA only
