Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neuro Medical Surgical/Telemetry position on a night shift, requiring at least one year of recent specialty experience and an IN or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Position is based on the Neuro Medical Surgical and Telemetry unit in a hospital setting

• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Care is provided to neuro medical surgical patients on the 11th floor Med/Surg unit

• 13-week contract assignment

• RTO requests must be less than 1 week

• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius

• Responsibilities include providing comprehensive neuro med/surg care with telemetry monitoring

• Adherence to facility dress code and shift requirements is mandatory

Requirements

• Active IN or compact RN license required and must be current

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in medical surgical or telemetry nursing

• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the contract

• No gaps in relevant work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• No prior permanent employment at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
