Nurses Night and Weekend Shift

Overview

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with eighteen locations across seven states. Our services span every level of care including detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. Avenues is JCAHO and CARF accredited and complies with ASAM standards. • Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge
• Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and maintain clear med logs
• Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client
• Provide patient education in individual and group settings

• Minimum one year diploma program post-high school
• Current RN or LPN licensure necessary to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, efficient worker with ability to multitask
• Compassionate, dignified character which models recovery principles

Avenues Recovery Center at Fort Wayne is a 100-bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. With its clinical program, skilled and dedicated staff, and modern premises, Avenues at Fort Wayne provides a setting for clients to begin healing and rediscovering themselves. Our staff includes therapists and clinicians, nurses and nurse practitioners, group facilitators and behavioral health technicians, all helping to create a warm, accepting atmosphere and provide care in a compassionate and dignified manner.
