** - Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Neuro Medsurg / Telemetry - Duration: 13 weeks

- Shift: 7A - 7P
- Schedule:

Every other weekend; up to 1 week pre-approved time off (no block scheduling)
** Key Highlights:** - Certifications

Required:

- ACLS - NIHSS - BLS - Patient Care Ratio:

- 5:1 or 6:1 - Scope of Role:

- Higher med-surg acuity with diagnoses including:

- Stroke - Seizures - Post-op neuro surgeries - Level 2 trauma patients - Level 1 trauma post-ICU care - Other diagnoses such as DKA, renal failure, and general post-op care - Experience

Required:

- Minimum 1 year
- Responsibilities Include:

- Expertise in neuro assessments - Critical thinking skills - Drain management - Post-surgical care - Chest tube management - Groin site management post-IR - Environment Details:

- Travelers must attach required license and certifications or will be rejected.

- Candidates must be greater than 50 miles from facility — local candidates not accepted!
