• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical (Central Registry - Float)
• Start Date: February 9, 2026
• End Date: May 11, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 Hour Days (3:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Weekend Requirement: 3 weekend shifts every 4 weeks
• Dress Code: Caribbean Blue scrubs
• Patient Ratio: 1:5-6

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or compact state
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum 1.5 years of Level 1, Level 2, or tertiary care experience
• At least 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience at a large hospital (600+ beds)
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records preferred
• Ability to float to other medical units as needed

• Provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care to patients with chronic illnesses (COPD, Diabetes, CHF, renal disease), GI issues, infections, neurological conditions, and mental health disorders
• Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Utilize Epic charting, IV pumps, wound vacs, feeding pumps, chest tubes, and other clinical equipment
• Manage heparin and insulin drips, IV therapy, and telemetry monitoring
• Float to medical units as required to support patient care needs
• Participate in Jump Start orientation, including hospital and nursing orientation, and Epic training
