• Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and manage residents’ medication carts.
• Monitor resident conditions during daily rounds and maintain accurate care plans.
• Supervise QMAs, CNAs, and students, assigning duties based on resident needs.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and proper equipment use.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in physician rounds, staff education, and performance evaluations.
• Promote reality orientation and clear staff identification.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure in Indiana.
• Two years of nursing experience in long‑term care, with charge or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of aging‑related health concerns and comfort using clinical technology.
• Familiarity with medical equipment such as glucometers, oxygen systems, lifts, and catheter supplies.
