• Location: Fort Wayne, IN 46845 (Indiana nursing jobs)
• Unit: 3 Progressive Care Unit (PCU), 12 beds
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 2/9/2026 – End: 5/11/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (3pm – 3am)
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Pay Rate: $89.00/hr - $99.00/hr
• Dress Code: Caribbean blue scrubs
• Orientation: Jumpstart program, EPIC training, and 1-2 days on unit

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a PCU Registered Nurse, Stepdown RN, or Med/Tele RN in a similar hospital setting
• Active Indiana RN license or compact state Registered Nurse license
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – American Heart Association
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – American Heart Association
• Experience with drip titration preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR, PYXIS, Philips defibrillator, and Philips Bedside Monitors is a plus
• Will float down to Med/Surg Tele when needed

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Perform drip titration and advanced clinical procedures as needed
• Float to Med Surg/Tele units as required, maintaining safe nurse-to-patient ratios
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care using EPIC electronic medical records
• Participate in department-specific training, orientation, and ongoing education
• Work three weekend shifts per four-week schedule
