Per Diem Clinical Research Nurse - Home Visits

Science 37’s Nursing Solutions Group seeks a Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse to provide nursing care in participants' homes as part of clinical trials. The nurse will collaborate with the Nursing Solutions Group and partner sites, ensuring patient care complies with federal, state, Good Clinical Practice, and SOP standards.

• Provide research nurse services to qualified study participants at home.
• Apply clinical research and nursing practices to develop solutions to complex problems.
• Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses on solutioning, education, and resource support.
• Support operational development of Science 37 nursing service delivery.
• Serve as subject matter expert on all nursing processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet evolving study needs.

• 1‑2 days minimum per week dedicated to study visits.
• Weekday and nighttime availability required.
• Availability to travel to participants' homes; up to 100% travel for study visits, meetings, and conferences as required.

• R.N. licensure in the home state and eligibility for Compact Licensure.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical/research experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active Driver’s License and access to reliable vehicle for participant visits.
• Full COVID‑19 vaccination (as required by applicable law).
• Physical ability to perform nursing tasks and lift equipment up to 15 kg.
• Proficiency with technology for patient assessment, documentation, and communication.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Hourly rate of $50‑55 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and commissions.
