• Active Indiana RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Ability to interpret and respond to telemetry strips
• Proficient in NG tube, IV, and Foley catheter insertion, drain management, and colostomy care
• Preferred:
  Experience with continuous bladder irrigation, chest tubes, and wound vacs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
  Compassionate, competent patient care in a high‑volume healthcare setting
• Travel nurses must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical/surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring
• Interpret and respond to telemetry strips to ensure patient safety
• Perform NG tube, IV, and Foley catheter insertions
• Manage drains and colostomies with clinical proficiency
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR system
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and dress code requirements
