Travel Nurse Job Details

Fort Wayne, Indiana (46845) - Healthcare Setting:
Level III NICU, 31 beds - Employment Type:
Travel nursing contract - Contract Duration: 13 weeks (8/25/2025 – 11/24/2025)
- Nursing Shift: 12-hour nights (7pm-7am)
- Guaranteed
Hours:
36 hours per week - Estimated Weekly Salary: $2130–$2190
- Orientation:
Mandatory, Mon-Fri week 1 & Mon-Tues week 2 (8-hour days) - Dress Code:
Caribbean blue scrubs
- Minimum 2 years of recent Level III NICU nursing experience
- Active Indiana RN license
- BLS certification (AHA required)
- NRP certification
- Experience with EPIC charting and Pyxis medication administration preferred
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU setting
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using EPIC electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
- Float to age-appropriate Pediatric and PICU units as needed
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and family-centered environment
